3. How Your Information is Stored and Secured

 * Server Storage: All user data, including personal information, case details, and uploaded documents, is stored securely on our servers located in India.

 * Security Measures: We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. These measures include data encryption, firewalls, and access controls.

 * No Absolute Security: While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. No method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

 * Temporary Downtime: As outlined in our Terms and Conditions, all data is on our server, and sometimes the server may not work properly. It may take 48 to 72 hours to restore service and data in such instances. We will not be liable for any loss or corruption of data during such interruptions.

4. Disclosure of Your Information

We may share your information in the following situations:

 * With Your Consent: We may disclose your personal information for any purpose with your explicit consent.

 * Service Providers: We may employ third-party companies and individuals to facilitate our App ("Service Providers"), to provide the App on our behalf, to perform App-related services, or to assist us in analyzing how our App is used.  * To Enforce Our Rights: To enforce our Terms and Conditions and other agreements, including for billing and collection purposes.

 * With Other Users (Advocate Directory): The Advocate Directory feature is designed for legal professionals to connect. If you choose to list your contact details in this directory, they will be visible and searchable by other Daily Case users. You control what information you make public in your directory profile.

5. Your Data Protection Rights

You have certain rights regarding your personal data, subject to applicable laws:

 * Access and Correction: You have the right to access and update your personal information directly within your account settings in the App. If you are unable to do so, please contact us.

 * Deletion: You may request the deletion of your account and associated data. Please note that we may retain certain information when required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., payment records).

 * Objection/Restriction: You may have the right to object to or request restriction of processing of your personal data in certain circumstances.
